The Safety Squat Bar is easier on the shoulders and wrists than a standard Olympic barbell. This bar allows you to really focus on lower body strength and keeps the torso at an upright position for a deeper squat. Padded shoulder braces and rubber gripped handles will help you utilize a sturdy grip on the bar. Key Features: Bar rating of 700lbs. Net weight of the bar is 22.5kg. Barbell dimensions are 2220mm long x Ø30mm shaft size. Bar is 1170mm long before bending down suitable for use on most racks. Handles are 380mm long Distance between both handles 380mm End sleeves to suit Olympic plates are Ø50mm x 330mm long plate loading capacity. Chrome coating provides a durable maintenance-free protective finish to the bar.
